<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the restriction of layout of a seat and to improve the usability of the seat in a seat structure for a vehicle, in which the seat A comprising a seat cushion 2 and a seat back 1 can be housed by moving the seat A in use to a housing recessed part 5 provided in a vehicle floor 4 located in the rear thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of link members 26, 26, is provided, of which the front ends are rotatably connected respectively to the right and left side sites in the rear side of the seat cushion 2 while the proximal ends are rotatably connected respectively to the front side sites within the housing recess part. By folding the seat back 1 toward the seat cushion 2 side and pulling them down backward integrally, they are rotated and moved to a part around the back end part of the link member 26 and thus can be moved to the housing recessed part 5.
