<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely prevent unauthorized access in a remote access environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An access control apparatus 10 connected to an intra-base LAN 20 and a wide-area network 30 is made to carry out following processing. First of all, in a case where call incoming from the wide-area network 30 is a call connection request relating to a voice speech, the access control apparatus 10 is made to carry out processing for refusing the call incoming by storing a calling source identifier uniquely indicating the calling source of the request. In a case where call incoming from the wide-area network 30 is a request of access to the intra-base LAN 20, the access control apparatus 10 is made to carry out processing for authenticating the transmission source of the access request with the stored calling source identifier as authentication information.
