PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor element easily installable on a shaft having the contour with an outside groove, and reducing driving cost in a fixing element. SOLUTION: This washer-shaped anchor element 11 has the contour with the outside groove, and is installed on the shaft of the fixing element. The washer-shaped anchor element 11 has a guide opening 12 for the shaft, and is provided with at least one smoothing cutoff part 13 opening toward the guide opening 12 and positioned outside in the radial direction of this guide opening 12. The grooved contour is suitably arranged on the outer peripheral edge 14 of the anchor element 11, and this grooved contour is formed of a cutout 15.
