<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal machine type change procedure method, radio terminal contract cancel procedure method, and radio terminal system, wherein a user of a radio terminal is allowed to perform procedures for canceling a contract with a communication entrepreneur and changing a machine type. <P>SOLUTION: A user uses a radio terminal 1 to perform call origination, toward a center station 30, requesting a communication for performing a prescribed procedure. An authentication station 20 collates a call originating number reported from the radio terminal 1 during the call origination with a call originating number, managed by the authentication station 20, corresponding to the radio terminal 1 to perform authentication and connects the call between the radio terminal 1 and the center station 30. By connecting the call, the radio terminal 1 and the center station 30 communicate with each other via a wireless network 10, the user uses the radio terminal 1 to describe prescribed information into an input form transmitted from the center station 30 and performs the prescribed procedure by transmitting the described input form from the radio terminal to the center station 30.
