<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve such a structure (user interface) that users tend to incorrectly operate a device. <P>SOLUTION: Operation history information including at least user's operation history and device status is acquired from a plurality of devices to be operated. Next, an operation pattern of each of users is extracted from the obtained operation history information, and an incorrect operation pattern as the operation pattern due to user's incorrect operation is extracted from the extracted operation pattern and then the kinds of incorrect operation patterns are used to specify the cause of the incorrect operation. On the basis of the cause of the incorrect operation, reflection information is prepared to be reflected on the function of the devices to be operated, and then the reflection information is applied to the devices to be operated for user interface change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
