<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator which has good frequency drift characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator comprises a pair of two piezoelectric vibrating element mounting pads provided on one principal surface of a substrate portion exposed in a first recess space, a pair of two piezoelectric vibrating element measuring pads provided on the other principal surface of the substrate portion exposed in a second recess space, and a wiring pattern provided as an internal layer of the substrate portion where the piezoelectric vibrating element mounting pads and piezoelectric vibrating element measuring pads are connected, the piezoelectric vibrating element mounting pads and wiring pattern being connected by two or more via conductors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
