<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor having such a structure that a magnetic encoder composed mainly of resin or metal is fixed strongly in a metal core of a sealing device with high accuracy to be free from influence of foreign objects from outside and to prevent it from dropping. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device with a sensor includes an annular magnetic encoder 12 mounted integrally rotatably in the inner ring, a rotary detection sensor fixed in the outer ring side to detect the magnetic transformation accompanied by the rotation of the magnetic encoder 12, and a sealing device to seal the outside of a gap between internal and external rings. The magnetic encoder 12 has a back surface which is bonded and fixed on the sensor facing wall parts 8b2 of the sealing device and whose outer peripheral surface and front face are covered by the annular magnetic encoder protection material 15 made from non-magnetic steel materials having seal lips in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inner rings.
