<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve standardization of production adjustment work and precision of a production plan by automatically adjusting a member production plan every time a production event occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The production management system compares changing stock fluctuation of structural members with a threshold stored by a storage part 102 on the basis of progress situations of a mold plan, a production plan of the structural members, and a stock plan of the structural members and information on failure occurrences. A comparison determination part 106 outputs an event occurrence signal of the production event occurrence to a production adjustment part 108 when the stock fluctuation is larger than the threshold value. The production adjustment part 108 automatically performs production adjustment and production management by changing correlation with a molding step corresponding to the structural members needing production adjustment on the basis of the event occurrence signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
