PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damaging of a vibration means in regard to a liquid atomizing device atomizing liquid by the vibration means and a sauna device using the liquid atomizing device. SOLUTION: The liquid atomizing device and the sauna device using it includes a body case 6 having an air intake 4 and an exhaust port 5, a blower 8 provided in a draft duct 7 connecting the air intake 4 and the exhaust port 5 of the body case 6, and a liquid atomizing means 9 provided between the blower 8 and the exhaust port 5 in the draft duct 7. It is configured that the liquid atomizing means 9 includes the vibration means 11, and a liquid supplying means 12 for supplying liquid containing bubbles to the vibration means 11.
