PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise generated due to the generation of the frequency being indefinite. SOLUTION: A pulse-skipping operation is carried out, only when a display data DATA in each odd line (1, 3, to 319th line) or display data DATA in each even line (2, 4, to 320th line) is displayed on a display part (10). That is, the timing for carrying out the pulse-skipping operation becomes half (160 lines) of all the lines (corresponding to 320 lines) in one piece of frame data.
