The device has immersed main floats and secondary floats that are constituted by an air column, and a rack system for lifting the main floats and the secondary floats for reducing draught. Distances of the main floats and the secondary floats are adjustable with respect to a shell. The air column is activated independent of the main floats following navigation effect, and the secondary floats are carried by a rod.
