<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display information management system and program for integrally managing information on whether display information is viewed between a display information management device and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: This display information management device 1 includes: a storage means for storing display information and view state information; and a view state information update means for updating the view state information. The display device 2 includes: a storage means for storing the display information and the view state information acquired from the display information management device 1; a display means for displaying the display information; a view determination means for determining whether the display information is viewed; and view state information update means which updates the view state information corresponding to the display information upon determination that the display information is viewed.
