<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjusting system capable of saving energy and a construction method of the temperature adjusting system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The temperature adjusting system 100 includes a pile body 300 made of steel pipe and formed in an approximately cylindrical shape by using a pile buried into the ground, a liquid circulation device 400 provided inside/outside the pile body 300, an air circulation device 500 for circulating air inside the pile body 300, a pile construction part 600 provided at the other end of the pile body 300 in the axial direction, and a concrete pipe 700 placed and formed at an upper end part in the vertical direction which is one end of the pile body 300 in the axial direction.
