<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a cured layer excellent in appearance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, adhesion to a base material, heat resistance, humidity and heat resistance, and weatherability and suppressed in the generation of cracks and exfoliation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laminate has a base material composed of a thermoplastic resin and the cured layer and has, between the base material and cured layer, a resin layer containing resin obtained by polymerizing at least one compound selected from a group of compounds having a (meth)acryloyl group.
