PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wrapping sheet for stick-like cooked rice, capable of wrapping both end faces of the cooked rice and easily unwrapping the cooked rice. SOLUTION: This wrapping sheet for stick-like cooked rice has such a structure that a sheet-like laver 3 is put between an outer film 1 and an inner film 4, the inner film 4 spreads inward from longitudinal both side ends of the outer film 1 to form two pieces of films 41 and 41 overlapped on each other at almost the central portion of the outer film 1 in the cross direction; wherein each of the film pieces 41 and 41 has an intermediate piece 41a folded back outward from the side end at which the mating film piece is overlapped therewith to spread to the side end of the outer film, and a cover piece 41b spread inward from the outside end of the above intermediate piece.
