PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool for internal diameter processing having high chip discharge performance. SOLUTION: The cutting tool for internal diameter processing 1 includes a head end 2 and a shank 3 arranged at a rear end side of the head end and having a thickness larger than that of the head end wherein the head end includes a rake face 5, a first cutter bit 41 crossing an axis of the shank, and a second cutter bit 42 aligned with the axis of the shank, and the rake face is formed with a breaker groove 8 aligned with the axis of the shank in proximity to the second cutter bit.
