摘要 <p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a distance measuring method by which the distance in the measurement light direction between a plurality of measurement points can be measured with high accuracy by using the coherence which is a feature of a laser beam and a laser telemeter for performing the distance measuring method. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In a distance measuring method and a laser telemeter, light and shade data is acquired while moving the position of a division point or a reflection point and a distance (L) in the measurement light direction between each measurement point of an object to be measured (6) is calculated on the basis of the position at which the light and shade data by a plurality of laser beams having different oscillation wavelengths reflected at one of the measurement points obtains the light part at the same time, thus enabling highly accurate distance measuring of the wavelength level of a laser beam.</p>
