PURPOSE: A transparent soundproof plate assembly is provided to prevent a transparent sheet from being deviated from a frame by steadily fixing a transparent sheet on a frame. CONSTITUTION: A transparent soundproof plate assembly(100) comprises an upper frame(112), a lower frame(114), and right and left frames(116,118). The frames form the external frame of a transparent soundproof plate assembly. The sheet insertion hole is respectively formed between frames. A transparent sheet(120) is inserted into the sheet insertion hole. The transparent sheet is made of transparent materials. Snow is piled up on a road surface by transmitting light through the transparent sheet.
