A transmission device includes: a plurality of antennas (15-1, 15-2); a DFT unit (04) which converts a time region signal into a frequency region signal; a cluster mapping unit (05) which divides the frequency region signal into clusters and allocates the clusters to frequencies according to cluster allocation information; an IDFT unit (06) which converts the mapped frequency region signal into a time region signal; and cyclic delay setting units (11-1, 11-2) which set a cyclic delay amount on the time region signal subjected to the IDFT for each of the antennas.
