Hair cleanser that provides hair treated therewith with advantageous characteristics and in particular promotes the penetration of bioactive materials into the scalp, comprises the following in a cosmetically acceptable substrate - relative to weight - (a) 0.001 to 10 wt.-% of at least one cationic terpolymer that is composed of i. at least one vinyl imidazole monomer, ii. at least one vinyl pyrrolidone monomer and iii. poly(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) and (b) at least one bioactive material selected from i. L-carnitine and/or a physiologically compatible derivative and/or salt of carnitine; ii. 2-furanones and/or physiologically compatible derivatives thereof; iii. taurine and/or a physiologically compatible derivative and/or salt of taurine; iv. a vitamin of group B1, B2, B3, B6, B7, B9, B12 and/or a physiologically compatible derivative and/or salt of said vitamins; v. purine and/or physiologically compatible derivatives thereof. |
