METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A MICRO-DRILL USING DOUBLE HEAT-TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a micro-drill using a dual heating process is provided to simplify a manufacturing process although a drill part and a shank part are made of different materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a micro-drill comprises following steps of: preparing a drill part(10) which is sintering-processed at a first thermal processing temperature; forming a powder molded body(20) in which a groove(21) is formed; and welding a drill part and a shank part(20a) by heat-treating a drill part, which is inserted into the groove of the powder molded body, at second thermal processing temperature which is lower than the first processing temperature.
