PURPOSE: A method for preparing multi-porous granules for artificial soil is provided to prepare functional artificial soil with maximized moisture holding capacity, permeability and nutrient holding capacity by controlling the size of pores. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing multi-porous granules for artificial soil comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining 0.1-0.5 mm particles by pulverizing and sieving clay mineral; (b) preparing the obtained particles in a granule shape; and (c) plasticizing the granule molded body at 800-1200 °C. The clay mineral is at least one selected from kaolin, illite, yellow soil and talc.
