<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing back point contact solar cell using ink-jet printing and a back point contact solar cell using the same are provided to minimize the physical damage to ultra-thin silicon substrate by using a non-contact way ink jet printing. CONSTITUTION: A silicon oxidation layer(14) has an opening(42) for a P region(43) and an N region. A metallic ink composition is printed on the P region and the N region through an ink jet printing. A first metal electrode(50) and a second metal electrode(52) are formed by sintering the metallic ink composition. Three group element is the boron and five group element is phosphorus. A recessive electrode is formed by printing metallic ink composition around a recess.</p> |
