PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer causing no deficiency of a reagent during analysis and minimizing the interruption of analyzing operation, by excluding the use time expiration of the replenishing reagent containers placed in a replenishing reagent container keeping warehouse or the replenishing reagent containers not supplied to the analysis in an analyzing unit and placing the most possible number of the replenishing reagent containers to be supplied to analysis in the replenishing reagent container keeping warehouse.

SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer has: an analyzing unit part equipped with an analyzing mechanism and a dispensing reagent container keeping warehouse for keeping dispensing reagent containers; a reagent replenishing unit part equipped with the dispensing reagent container keeping warehouse for preliminarily keeping the replenishing reagent containers supplied as the dispensing reagent containers; and a reagent container excluding means for excluding the replenishing reagent containers not supplied as the dispensing reagent containers from the replenishing reagent container keeping warehouse.
