PURPOSE: A fiber reinforced division disk for dental technology is provided to ensure a flexible disk, a possibility of processing the side between tooth, and a disk with an expanded lifetime and excellent stability. CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced division disk for dental technology comprises a main component of one selected from aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, diamond powder, and CBN middle or a mixture. Raw materials are made by putting a bonding agent like phenol resin to the main component. The disk is manufactured by a first step putting a fiber net on a flat board and injecting the raw materials and a second step of covering the fiber net and processing with a press roller and press. A bonding agent of phenol resin includes 25~30% of powdered bonding agent and 5% of a liquid resin.
