PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing perceptible weather information and regional information using a regional infrastructure are provided to supply weather information together with an image of a corresponding region, thereby preventing disasters. CONSTITUTION: A photographing image, weather information of an automatic weather station and regional information are stored in a main server(S_10,S_20). If weather information of a corresponding region is requested, the information of the main server is loaded(S_30). The information comprises an image, weather information and regional information of the corresponding area. The information is transmitted to a mobile communication terminal(S_40). The mobile communication terminal displays the information(S_50). |
