PURPOSE: A copolymer resin composition for film laminate is provided to enable low temperature curing, to prevent degradation of reliability caused by the deformation of materials, and to ensure excellent production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A copolymer resin composition for film laminate comprises a polymerizable unsaturated compound with an acidic functional group, a polymerizable unsaturated compound with a hydrocarbon group; a polymerizable unsaturated compound with an ester group, and a polymerizable unsaturated compound with a hydroxyl group. The polystyrene conversion average molecular weight of the copolymer resin composition for film laminate is 50,000~200,000.
