PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of three-dimensional porous polymer supporter is provided, which makes size of the pore freely controlled, achieves high porosity, and improves interconnectivity of the pores. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of three-dimensional porous polymer supporter comprises a step for manufacturing filler-included macromolecular solution without the separate heating by adding fillers to the prepared macromolecular solution; a step for extruding porous polymer pre-supporter and laminating it using an extruder containing fillers; and a step for extracting fillers from the porous polymer pre-supporter and eliminating it.
