<p>PURPOSE: An air-conditioner which reduces power consumption and a control method thereof are provided to display user setup information on a screen of a remote controller if data is not entered for a specified time. CONSTITUTION: Air-conditioner comprises a plurality of units and a remote controller(30). The remote controller monitors and controls a plurality of units. The remote controller comprises an input part(130), an output part(120), and a controller(110). The output part outputs data, inputted through the input part, and operation information regarding a plurality of units. If data is not entered for a specified time, the controller displays data, excluding the operation information regarding a plurality of units, through the output unit.</p> |
