PURPOSE: A photosensitive composition with excellent sensitivity is provided to initiate polymerization by generating active radical through irradiation of light and to efficiently polymerize a polymerizable compound in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive composition comprises a binder, a polymerizable compound, a thermosetting compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a sensitizer. The photopolymerization initiator is a compound represented by chemical formula (A-1). The sensitizer is a compound represented by chemical formula (B-1). In chemical formula (A-1), R^1 is an acyl group, alkyloxycarbonyl group or aryl oxycarbonyl group; R^2 hydrogen atom, alkyl group or cyano group; Ar is aromatic ring or heterocyclic aromatic ring; and n is 0 or 1. |
