PURPOSE: A powder metallurgy gear molding device is provided to separate a molded high-angle helical gear from a cavity without causing damage. CONSTITUTION: A powder metallurgy gear molding device comprises a top body which lifts a top core(3) and a bottom body which lifts a bottom core(9). The bottom core includes a lifter and a rotation driving unit. The rotation and elevation of the bottom core are implemented at the same time when a high-angle helical gear molded by compressing powder charged in a cavity with the top core. The lifter is connected to a piston driven with a cylinder(4). The rotation driving unit includes a pinion gear(16), a rack gear(19), and a cylinder. The helical gear has a helix angle over 30 degrees.
