PURPOSE: A locking device of a noiseless manhole is provided to remove noise and prevent a locking device from being released. CONSTITUTION: A locking device of a noiseless manhole comprises a cover(20) and a fastener(30). The fastener is elastically installed on the cover to be elevated by a spring. The fastener is flexibly is coupled. A hanging convex part(64) and a hanging concave part(65) are formed on the bottom(62) comprising a support(60). A fastener is coupled with the support piece of a bracket. A thick part(23) is formed inside a support part positioned at the rim of a main body(21). A through-hole is formed in the thick part. |
