The device has a container (1) containing a recess (2) for holding food particles (4), where dimensions of the recess are matched to keep the food particles. A guiding unit is arranged in a pen held by a holder. The recess is designed to clamp the food particles. The guide unit extends to one of short sides (2a) of the recess. An opening (3) in a wall (2b) of a recess cover guides a pin through a notch and the holder. The food particles extend along an open side of the recess. The opening is opened to an upper surface to form a slot in the upper surface for guiding the pin.
