<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device capable of improving work performance in installation and removal work of an airbag module without causing increase in the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: A folded airbag body 3 and an inflator 11 for supplying gas pressure to the airbag body 3 are retained by a retainer 12. Hooks 17, 18 to be engaged with each of locking holes 6 of a front side bag support piece 4 and a rear side bag support piece 5 at an instrument panel 1 side are extended upward on the retainer 12 in facing areas sandwiching the airbag body 3 in between. The tip end part of the hook 17 at one side is bent toward the airbag body 3 side, and the tip end part of the hook 18 at the other side is bent to the side opposite to the airbag body 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
