<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide another technique for improving image quality of a transformed image, when an image is transformed. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: a transformation ratio deriving unit for deriving a transformation ratio of the transformed image, which has been transformed corresponding to a predetermined rules, with respect to an original image on each pixel; a filter coefficient deriving unit for deriving a filter coefficient for deriving a pixel value of the transformed image by means of pixel interpolation, using the pixel value of the original image, on the basis of the transformation ratio corresponding to each pixel; and a pixel value deriving unit for deriving the pixel value of the transformed image using the filter coefficient corresponding to each pixel and outputting the pixel value as transformed image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
