PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To count the number of times of utilization for each of various functions added by plug-in, to weight counting in accordance with function processing contents, to perform counting in accordance with a function utilization style, or to perform counting in accordance with user's authority. SOLUTION: A user of an MFP operates an operating part 11 of an MFP 1 to request start of a download procedure of plug-in, transfers a plug-in list from a plug-in server 2, displays the plug-in list on a display screen of the operating part, requests downloading of desired plug-in out of the plug-in list and count setting information corresponding to the plug-in from the plug-in server 2, and performs downloading.
