PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a vehicle seat pad which prevents the remaining of a gas near a cavity end part and has no void. SOLUTION: The seat back pad 1 has a main plate part 2 which touches the back of a crew to the front face, an extended part 3 which is extended to the rear from the upper edge and right and left side edges of this main plate part 2, and an overhang part 4 jutted out of this extended part 3 to the center side of the back of the main plate part 2. The overhang part 4 prepared along the upper edge of the seat back pad 1 hangs down from the extended part 3. A bag-like object 5 is formed on the side of the main plate part 2 of the overhang part 4. The bag-like object 5 consists of felt.
