PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic that gives a smooth feeling of use when applied on lips and the like, exhibits a good moisture-retaining property and is excellent in suppression of oozing with the lapse of time and stability of strength. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic comprises wax, an oily agent other than wax and silicic anhydride having a particle size of 10-30μm, where (A) one or two or more of vegetable wax are contained in an amount of 9.5-34 mass% based on the whole amount of wax; (B) the total amount (b-1) of an oily agent having viscosity of at least 5,000 mPa s at 20°C and a paste-like oily agent is 30-45 mass% based on the total amount of the oily cosmetic; the content of a vegetable paste-like oily agent is 20-40 mass% based on the total amount (b-1) of the oily agent having viscosity of at least 5,000 mPa s at 20°C and the paste-like oily agent; and the ratio of the total amount (b-1) of the oily agent having viscosity of at least 5,000 mPa s at 20°C and the paste-like oily agent to oily agents (b-2) not falling under the category of (b-1) among those other than wax, (b-1):(b-2), is (1:0.9) to (1:1.5); and (C) the amount of the silicic anhydride having a particle size of 10-30μm is 1-10 mass% based on the whole amount of the oily cosmetic.
