<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the unauthorized use of a belt-like fastener which fastens an article. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A securing part 3 is divided into a first member 4 having both front and back sidewalls 8a, 8b having openings 9a, 9b through which a fastening belt 1 is passed, and a second member 5 having a securing piece 16 for stopping come-out, and the first member 4, only a bottom face between the front and back both sidewalls 8a and 8b of which is opened is formed in a box shape so as to be fit over the second member 5. In the second member 5, the securing piece 16 for stopping come-out is provided continuously from a base plate 14 to close the opened bottom face 7 of the first member 4. The first and the second members 4, 5 are jointed to each other in one piece in an engaged state that the base plate 14 of the second member 5 closes the opened bottom face 7 of the first member 4, and the fastening belt 1 is provided continuously to either of the first or the second member 4, 5 of the securing part 3.
