<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-loss rectifying circuit using an FET, an OR diode using the rectifying circuit, and a PFC rectifying circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Due to fluctuation of the potential of the other end of a first semiconductor device with reference potential as a reference, the potential of the other end of a third semiconductor device becomes lower than the potential of the other end of a second semiconductor device, so that the third semiconductor device becomes conductive, the second semiconductor device becomes non-conductive, the potential of one end of the second semiconductor device increased, the first semiconductor device becomes conductive, the potential of the other end of the third semiconductor device exceeds the potential of the other end of the second semiconductor device, thus making the third semiconductor device non-conductive and the second semiconductor device conductive, and then the potential of one end of the second semiconductor device lowers to make the first semiconductor device non-conductive.
