摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel negative electrode material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery of high voltage and high capacity with excellent charge and discharge cycle characteristics, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor thin film made of a single body or its compound of one kind or two or more kinds selected from groups IIIB, IVB, VB of the periodic table that can store or release lithium ions as a negative electrode active material, metal oxide as a positive electrode active material containing transition metal as a constituent element, and nonaqueous electrolyte of lithium-ion conductivity having a lithium compound dissolved in an organic solvent, or having a polymer hold an organic solvent with a lithium compound dissolved in solid or a lithium compound dissolved are used. By using the positive electrode, the negative electrode, and the electrolyte in combination at the same time, a nonaqueous secondary battery of high capacity, high voltage, and with excellent charge and discharge cycle characteristics can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
