<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing resin composition good in NMP resistance, ITO vapor deposition fitness, liquid storage stability, and high in contrast and sensitivity, and a color filter using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The curing composition includes (A) a coloring agent, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a photopolymerizing compound, (D) a hexaarylbiimidazole polymerization initiator, (E) at least one selected from the group consisting of an oxime initiator and a triazine initiator and (F) a 4 or more functional multifunctional epoxy compound, wherein the content of (F) multifunctional epoxy compound is in the range of 2-20 mass% and the content (A) coloring agent is in the range of 25-50 mass%, to the total solid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
