PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner rudder for a vehicle, which is not bulky and can be mounted in a compartment. SOLUTION: The rudder includes a stationary leg part 10 arranged in a compartment 26 and fixed to a vehicle body 2, and a movable leg part 11 provided in parallel to the stationary leg part 10. Also, the rudder includes a plurality of step parts 12 connecting the stationary leg part 10 with the movable leg part 11 and provided in a longitudinal direction at predetermined intervals. Then, it includes hinge parts 13 provided to both connection parts 14, i.e., a connection part 14a of the step part 12 and the stationary leg part 10 and a connection part 14b of the step part 12 and the movable leg part 11, and rotatably supporting the step parts 12. The movable leg part 11 can move relative to the stationary leg part 11 between a housing position, at which the movable leg part 11 approaches to the stationary leg part 10, and a usable position, at which the movable leg part 11 is isolated from the stationary leg part 10 and a plurality of the step parts 12 rotate toward a horizontal direction.
