摘要 <p>A notifying method and a system of the call center are provided. The problem of low working efficiency of the call center can be solved. The method comprises the steps as follows: the call center establishes a conversation with the client; state information of telephonists is inquired, if no idle telephonist is available, the conversation is arranged in a waiting queue to queue for waiting for the distribution of an idle telephonist; and a broadcast medium is synchronously played to the client which is corresponding to the conversation in the waiting queue. The embodiment of the invention adopts the broadcast mode to provide the service with the same content to part or all of the clients in the conversations which are in the waiting state; compared with the prior art which adopts the unicast mode, it is not necessary to respectively repeatedly play the same content to each client, the clients in the conversations which are in the waiting state withdraw from the call center after obtaining the needed information, thereby alleviating the queuing pressure of the call center, saving the waiting time of the clients in the conversations and improving the working efficiency of the call center.</p>
