<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless receiving apparatus eliminating influences caused by multi-path by eliminating the need of considerable apparatus modification. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wireless receiving apparatus includes: antennas 21A, 22A disposed separately from each other for receiving radio waves and outputting high frequency signals; and a rat-race circuit 23 wherein ports P1 and P2 are connected to the antennas 21A, 22A, respectively, ports P3 and P4 output synthesized high frequency signals, a transmission line of a length equal to a 1/4 wavelength of radio wave is connected between the ports P1 and P3, between the ports P1 and P4 and between the ports P2 and P3, and a transmission line of a length equal to a 3/4 wavelength of radio wave is connected between the second and fourth ports.
