<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish-handling method which can ensure to receive fishes w in a fish tank of a fishing boat in trouble-free efficiency, can further efficiently land the fishes w without crushing the fishes w with foots, and can sanitarily carry the fishes w to a destination in good freshness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fish-handling method including receiving the fishes w in fish-receiving bags 22, wherein each of the fish-receiving bags 22 includes a bag body 23 which has a vertically uniform cross-sectional bottomed cylindrical shape having a square horizontal cross-sectional shape, whose bottom side 23a and peripheral sides 23b are formed of a net 27, and whose upper side has an opening 23c, a plurality of flexible sheet members 24 adhering to areas excluding net 27 portions used as passages for draining water in the bag 23, among the bottom side 23a and the peripheral sides 23b, stripe ropes 25 fixed to the upper portions of the corner portions of the peripheral sides 23b of the bag 23, and hanging had bars 26 upward extended from the stripe ropes 25 to upward give a hanging force to the upper portions, respectively.
