Provided is a hot-galvanized steel sheet with high adhesion between the coating and the steel substrate, it belongs to hot-galvanized steel sheet manufacturing field. The atomic concentration ratio Al/Zn of Al to Zn in the Fe-Al intermediate layer between the steel substrate and the zinc coating of the hot-galvanized steel sheet is 0.9~1.2. ? phase is not formed in the coating, d phase is thinner, ? phase is very little, and a major portion of the coating is comprised of ? phase, the adhesion, scratching resistance and wear resistance of the coating are significantly improved.
