<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of efficiently converting light energy into electric energy. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element is configured by successively laminating at least a first electrode layer (2), a photoelectric conversion layer composed of a lamination of an n-type semiconductor layer (4) and a p-type semiconductor layer (5), and a second electrode layer (3), on a rugged surface of a substrate (1) which forms ruggedness on one surface. At least an interface between the substrate and the first electrode layer, an interface between the first electrode layer and the photoelectric conversion layer and an interface between the n-type semiconductor layer and the p-type semiconductor layer have shapes copying the ruggedness of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
