<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new noncovalent bonded polymer which has a simple chemical structure and does not require complex steps to synthesize. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Long chain alkyl ammonium cations are reacted with counter anions of a monophosphoric acid or a polyphosphoric acid expressed by the chemical formulas as illustrated.
