PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic device for driving a hydraulic actuator such as a hydraulic cylinder. SOLUTION: The hydraulic device 10 for driving the hydraulic cylinder 23 for an angle driven in accordance with a flow of supplied pressure oil is provided with a hydraulic pump 31, an operation valve 41R for a right plow, and an accumulator 42. The hydraulic pump 31 supplies the pressure oil to the hydraulic cylinder 23 for an angle, and is constituted so that a delivery amount of the pressure oil is varied in accordance with an increase and a decrease of a number of revolutions of an engine 30. The operation valve 41R for the right plow can switch the flow of the pressure oil supplied to the hydraulic cylinder 23 for the angle from the hydraulic pump 31 in accordance with swinging operation with respect to a first operation lever 43. The accumulator 42 is connected to a pump passage 46 communicating with the operation valve 41R for the right plow from the hydraulic pump 31.
